Making a contract with us
When you place and order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.
Once we have checked the price and availability of the goods, we will email you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us.
In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an email confirm the acceptance of you order and there will be no contact between us.
If the goods are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods. If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them.
How to place an order
Ordering
Select the items you want, click ‘Go to Checkout’ and it will then ask you to register as a customer. This is purely to make it easier for you to place repeat orders unless you opt to receive our newsletters.
Payment
There you can chose your payment method. You can use NOCHEX our online secure payment method to process credit and debit card payments. Or you can choose PAYPAY. Please note that you do not need a PAYPAL account to process your debit or credit card payments. Payment is made at time of making your order unless you choose to send a cheque. PLEASE NOTE: we are unable send your items until payment has been received and cleared. This can add approx 3-5 working days onto normal delivery times.
Confirmation of order
Once you submit you request we will confirm to you within 24hrs that your items are in stock and when you are likely to receive them.
If at any time you notice that an error has been made, please contact us as quickly as possible by emailing us @ info@whytesonestopshop.co.uk
Delivery
Delivery charge is £1.99 for all orders within mainland UK.
We do not normally ship outside mainland UK although a price can be obtained by request.
The delivery charge is to covering the cost of posting and packaging your item. We aim to keep this as low as possible while ensuring that you receive your item quickly and safely.
We use Royal Mail for all our deliveries and are sent 1st class post..
From placing your order to receiving your items, we aim to do this within 5-7 working days. If for any reason we are unable to meet these timescales we will contact you as quickly as possible.
If you require any other means of postage, please contact us prior to making an order so we can price delivery for you.
Lost or Damaged Goods
We take care to ensure that your order is protected for its journey! If you receive your order and it has been damaged please let us know as quickly as possible and we will resolve this for you. In the unlikely event your goods do not arrive, please let us know promptly so we can pursue this with the carrier.
Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the date of delivery. To do this, please email or write to us.
You do not have to give a reason for cancelling your order; however a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer customers in the future.
If you request to cancel, and if you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights
